Notice is hereby given that Neighbors in Need of Services, Inc. (NINOS) is seeking sealed proposals to provide services for the Head Start/Early Head Start Program in Cameron and Willacy Counties for Child Care Food Program.
Proposal packets may be obtained below or by coming our Central Administrative Office located at 22887 State Hwy 345 in Rio Hondo, TX 78583.
Sealed proposals are due October 23, 2023 by 4:00 pm and will be opened publicly on October 24, 2023 at 9:00 am at the Central Administrative Office located at 22887 State Hwy 345 in Rio Hondo, TX 78583.
