PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Neighbors in Need of Services, Inc. (NINOS) is seeking sealed proposals to provide services for the Head Start/Early Head Start Program in Cameron and Willacy Counties for the 2023-2024 school year in the following areas from interested and qualified individuals/organizations:
Proposal packets may be obtained below or by coming our Central Administrative Office located at 22887 State Hwy 345 in Rio Hondo, TX 78583.
Sealed proposals are due September 14, 2023 by 4:00 pm and will be opened publicly on September 15, 2023 at 9:00 am at the Central Administrative Office located at 22887 State Hwy 345 in Rio Hondo, TX 78583.
